How does it work?
We put a minimum of 10 Kg of luxury Belgium chocolate into the base of the fountain. The chocolate is warmed and liquefied. An auger (a screw-like device) then moves the chocolate to the top of the fountain, where it spills over and provides a cascade of delicious chocolate
What chocolate do you use?
We only use best quality Belgian chocolate
Does the chocolate contain nuts?
The chocolate does not contain nuts, but we cannot guarantee that it is totally nut-free.
How long does the fountain last?
We generally stay with the fountain for three hours of dipping time. If you would like us to stay for longer, this can be arranged.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no delivery charge if the venue is within a 40 mile radius of our Ingleby Barwick base. However if the venue is more than 40 miles away then a 40p per mile surcharge will apply (for every mile over 40 miles).
Are there any other requirements?
All that we require the venue to provide is access to a power socket within 10 metres of the setup area.
Do you hold Health and Safety certificates?
All our electrical items are PAT tested, and we hold full Public Liability insurance.
We also hold the relevant food hygiene certificate, as we consider your health and safety as being of utmost importance to our business. Please note for hygiene reasons we suggest the fountain should be setup indoors. To get the best visual effect of the fountain we recommend that setup is also in a draught-free area.
